Property was comfortable and ideal, I appreciated the stay.

excellent location of the hotel next to bridge between both states. and it was also near to many attractions friendly staff, restaurants and the falls and close to all the attractions. although the room was lovely romantic and recently refurbished it had not so great views. the bed was very comfy and the bathroom here was elegant.

Loved the location close to the falls. Stopped by Perkins Restaurant & Bakery to get some coffee and treats, it's not too far from the venue, recommend. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will come back.

The location of this hotel to downtown and the Falls is great. Felt secure leaving car at hotel.

The hallways smelled bad, but the rooms did not smell. Getting to the hotel from Canada side by car was a bit tricky.

Not ideal for solo travel enthusiasts

The location was perfect! I could walk everywhere I needed to go and the bed was just very nice, the most comfortable I'd ever felt. I appreciated the staff's willingness to hold my luggage for a few hours before my check-in.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

They were working on the hotel.I wish Booking .com would of give me a heads up.The noise was really bad.I had a two night stay left the second night.When I told them about the noise they said nothing.Never go back there.

Room was clean and spacious with a hot tub. The balcony had a nice view of the river and you could see the falls in the distance. The hot tub and indoor pool were relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Staff was super warm and accommodating.
